sweet memories at the center of it all
central location food option
location was fabulous, with fountains across the street i watched all day. the connection to paris provides a beautiful romantic walk. i appreciate various food options available nearby as well as comfortable bed after a long day.
the sole issue i encountered involved considerable wait times during check in at front desk. i hope they get it shorter for future guest.

central location comfortable bed
the location is central, putting me close to many attractions. the staff was helpful during check-in and check-out. i found the bed comfortable. the pool was refreshing offering a welcome escape from the heat.
i found that the parking tickets were often not recognized at the garage. this issue seemed ongoing and required assistance from an attendant. heavy smoke in the casino was also a bit unpleasant..

Decent Location. Some Disappointments
poor experience inactivated car park
The check-in process was not good. The quick check-in service said my room wasn't ready even though I arrived three hours after the stated check-in time. I queued to speak to someone at the desk only to be told to queue again at another desk. I booked in eventually, though the car park wasn't activated on my key card despite me specifically asking. The experience left me deflated

Decent stay IN general
great location room cleanliness spacious room double parking charge long line faulty card
The location IS great. It is close to everything. The cleanliness of the room was also something i noticed immediately. The room size WAS also great, giving me plenty of space to relax after long days.
I was charged twice for parking. I had to prove i paid twice. Check in is at 4 PM but getting in took much longer because of lines. The card i was given to get my car out of the garage did not work, this was VERY frustrating.

broken remote ice machine
the tv remote didn't work. it Was annoying to change channels. the ice machine on my floor was also out of order, forcing me to go to another floor. That's a major inconvenience!
